Full Tilt Poker to be Reopened Soon

We have some perfect news for all former Full Tilt Poker player as well as for the new guys. According to gamingintelligence.com the takeover of Full Tilt Poker by Groupe Bernard is set to be finalised on March 16th 2012.

As some of you probably remember the deal could not be finalized because of the former Full Tilt Pro player’s debts to FTP.

But wait, there is more! It has been confirmed that after the deal will be finalized it will take approximately one month for Full Tilt Poker to Reopen! That indicates that if everything goes according to plan Full Tilt Poker might be reopened before 16th of April 2012.

However Pokerstrategy.com points that due to diligence process in the final phase there is still a chance that one more deadline for full tilt takeover by Tapie Group might take occur. But let’s be optimistic about that this time, it is just a matter of days before we will finally know what the date that FTP reopens to players is.

  1. Reminds me of the day SwissAir went bankrupt, changed management and was back in the air. That day had cost me $4k and I was stuck 36 hours in Zurich. Of course I never received compensation and I don’t think that the players who lost their money with FullTilt will ever see a penny either.
